RIGEL MID 2.0 WP is the natural evolution of the iconic RIGEL model, featuring a fresh and modern look while maintaining the intrinsic qualities that have made this boot a CMP excellence. The upper, made of mesh with suede inserts, is ideal for short- and medium-distance hikes and walks. The Climaprotect membrane ensures dry feet in all weather conditions. The sole design has been renewed with the medial TPU insert on midsole giving extra support in walking and the tread with textured lugs that together with the CMPFullOnGrip rubber compound provide maximum grip on uneven terrain.

ClimaProtect® System - CMP's exclusive, waterproof membrane with CLIMAPROTECT technology. This membrane includes a special thermal laminate which protects the feet against water while providing breathability. Its micro perforations are so minute as to prevent water molecules entering the footwear while allowing micro molecules of water vapour to exude. This system ensures maximum comfort and wellbeing for your feet during any kind of outdoor activity. CMP's membrane is chemically tested for the presence of PFAS in compliance with current European standards.

Ortholite Comfort Foam Insoles - World leader in the manufacture of insoles made of a special open-cell PU compound that provides numerous benefits, including: Guaranteed long-term cushioning; High-level breathability - the special open-cell compound makes the insole almost 100% breathable; Moisture management - excess moisture is expelled, the foot is always cool and dry; Maximum lightness to prevent compromising the shoe’s performance; Antibacterial function, a patented, salt-based treatment inhibits the development of fungi, bacteria and bad odours.

FullOn GRIP Soles - The result of a detailed survey of CMP's customers’ needs during their outdoors activities. Following a major process of research and testing, CMP found a particular blend of compounds capable of delivering maximum performance in all the kinds of activities their footwear was designed for. FullOn GRIP soles provide a perfect balance of grip and durability. The use of differently shaped studs, different densities and TPU inserts means the soles are adapted for their various models according to the specific requirements.

Water Repellent - Materials that have undergone a PFAS-tested water repellent treatment, in full compliance with current European standards.
